- Requirements
- Cold wind and snow will be flying during the experience. Please bring sunglasses or goggles if you have them.
- Lift ticket fee is required in addition to the rental fee.
- It is very cold during the experience, so please wear warm clothes (clothing, knit hat, gloves) and snow boots. Snow boots rental is available (for a fee).
- Restrictions
- All passengers are required to wear helmets. *Rental helmets are available (free of charge).
- Please arrive at the reception desk at least 10 minutes before departure time. If you are late, you may not be able to experience the tour.
- Children alone are not allowed. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Only those 3 years of age or older (able to sit in a seat by themselves) may use this service.
- What to Bring
- Please wear warm clothes and snow boots. Snow boots rental available (for a fee).

- Please take the gondola lift to Hakuba Tsugaike SNOW Activity WOW! (paid service).
- Please come to the reception desk by the time of use.
- The facility is not responsible for any accidents or injuries during the experience. (Except in the case of intentional or gross negligence.) *We recommend that you purchase insurance in advance if you are concerned.
- May not be available in case of inclement weather.
